Additional Information: Please note that due to varying warehouse locations for different product types, you may receive separate parcels for each category, each with its individual shipping information.
Processing Times:
Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days. During peak seasons such as Diwali and Christmas, processing times may extend to 4-5 business days. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we meticulously prepare your order.
Shipping Times:
- Deliveries within India typically arrive within 7-12 business days, depending on your location.
- For international orders, shipments generally arrive within 15-30 business days. We utilize India Post for international shipping, with the shipping cost being determined by the actual amount reflected on the official shipping bill.
Order Changes and Cancellations:
You have a window of 24 hours from order placement to make any changes such as size or color adjustments. Unfortunately, cancellations, size exchanges, or returns based on size preference are not possible after this period. If the size you ordered has been delivered, any return or exchange will be subject to additional costs including the pickup and shipping fees for returning the item to us, as well as shipping the new item to you. We kindly ask you to double-check your size selection before finalizing your order to avoid these additional expenses.
